Job description / Role
You will be responsible for assisting in recommending land development options based on sound financial basis and assisting in developing land model, phasing plan and feasibility studies for new developments on owned land plots in coordination with Investment Analysis
You will oversee the allocated land bank from inception, design, delivery of infrastructure, authority handovers, sales and development on land plots
Requirements
* Previous experience in managing a large land bank of a size exceeding 80K m2
* Excellent development and project management skills
* Excellent investment management and analytical capabilities; understand end-to-end due diligence and feasibility study process
* Experience in launching new development projects across segments (i.e. mixed use developments, residential, retail, hospitality, leisure, offices, etc…)
* Prior real estate experience in region and in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
* 10+ years of real estate experience with large developers (preferable in the GCC)
