RE/MAX seeks a results-oriented Business Development and Sales Professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record of sales success.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a “selling personality” who can immediately contribute to the RE/MAX UAE franchise development results.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- The Manager of Business Development and Sales is responsible for achieving the goals/objectives of the franchise sales and development plan within a targeted region.
- The incumbent will plan, develop, receive approval for and execute the sales/marketing strategies and tactics required to meet stated goals/objectives.
- Individually and as part of the business development team, conduct a full life-cycle franchise sales for RE/MAX UAE.
- Identify and cultivate sources for new franchise candidates as well as existing franchisees for additional growth.
- Follow a disciplined but flexible process to close franchise deals according to expected timelines.
- Coordinate implementation of all programs through Franchise Development, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and other Franchise Growth staff.
- The Manager of Business Development and Sales reports directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

- The Successful candidate should have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Professional written and verbal communication is a must
- A minimum of 3 years successful experience in sales of complex business services and/or business development.
- Experience in generating leads using technology/web-based strategies and public relations.
- Ability to analyze, assess, and recommend business development needs, such as new franchise sales or franchise marketing tools.
- Ability to close deals/sales.
- Must reside in the UAE and possess a UAE driver’s license.
- International experience in Western developed markets is preferred.
- A Native English Speaker is desirable.
