STRATEGY AND DEVELOPMENT
Manager - Operational Strategy, Passenger Journey
The group maps out where we're going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we're never playing catch-up. Development translate strategies into plans and projects. In Corporate Development, it's more about the impact of strategies on our day-to-day running. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we're agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.
Job Purpose
Joining our Operational Strategy team, you'll be accountable for creating and maintaining Dubai Airports' Concept of Operations for all non-aircraft related elements of the passenger journey (including baggage and ground transportation). With your help, we'll make sure our airports continue to deliver the highest service levels; averting potential problems before they can occur.
Requirements
To be successful, you'll need a master's degree level qualification in Aviation Management or similar.
Experience
Alongside considerable senior level experience in aviation management, you'll need a working knowledge of Airport Operations, Airline Operations or Ground Handling and a talent for handling complex multi discipline initiatives.
You should also have:
• An in-depth knowledge of airport operations, including check-in, baggage, landside access, security and immigration
• Experience of disrupted operation management and business continuity planning
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and change-management abilities.
