Job description / Role
The role is for a market leader in security software and data analytics firm catering to mainly customers in government, financial services and infrastructure sector. The role will work with the Partners to develop the scope of work documents and project plans, oversee the planning, implementation and tracking of projects.
The role will be based in Dubai.
Requirements
- Define and deliver the scope of the project in collaboration with Partner teams and senior management and Sales/Presales teams.
- Quickly understand, assess, and address Partners' business challenges and prescribe account plans and consultative services
- Responsible for overall service delivery assurance on large complex software implementations with implementation Partners.
- Educate Partners on best practices to support their client base successfully and reflect company’s product sets.
