Job description / Role
We are actively recruiting a well-qualified Manager of Pre-Sales and Solutions Architecture for our Middle East division. We are specifically interested in an enterprise-level solutions architecture candidate who can demonstrate relevant and proven experience within the airline industry. This position will report directly to the company's global Senior Vice President of Solution Architecture.
The Pre-Sales manager will form part of our leading-edge technology program, which delivers business-critical commerce and payment solutions to global brands and helps define industry standards for improving and utilizing consumer technologies. We are looking for a creative, results-driven candidate who has a proven record of success in client-facing engagements and deep experience in understanding, conceptualizing and defining end solutions for clients.
We have immediate, full-time openings for our Middle East division. The ideal candidate for this managerial position will have the following skills and characteristics:
- Deep knowledge of the innovation cycle, from inception to viable product to solution release
- Ability to support sales functions in client meetings, proposal development and presentations
- Ability to support sales functions by identifying new commercial and technical innovations and opportunities for payments and ecommerce solutions for existing client solutions
- Ability to develop technical propositions and present them with clarity to internal stakeholders and clients
- Ability to coordinate and communicate client requirements internally to IT and development teams
- Expertise and experience in strategy development and positioning analysis
- Strong RFI/RFP and business writing experience, and ability to write technical white papers
- Strong leadership skills and a strong team ethic
- A confident and mature personality
- An experienced, seasoned analyst who is culturally sensitive and has the ability to work with multiple stakeholders across global clients
- A team player who demonstrates initiative, relishes complicated challenges, thinks out-of-the-box and exhibits the ability to work independently in pursuit of high-quality results
- Excellent command of English (written and oral)
Requirements
Specific Technical Requirements & Skills Needed:
- Analysis and solutions design based on customer requirements
- Expertise with solution architecture, enterprise architecture, SaaS platforms
- Ability to define solutions and outline subsequent requirements in support of agile R&D
- Ability to use infrastructure mapping methodologies to create product requirements
- Ability to illustrate logical, infrastructure and conceptual architectures, including information and data flows
- Ability to apply re-architecture analysis
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, UML and enterprise architect skills
