Manager - Property & Construction Recruitment Desk - Middle East - Dubai Location

Michael Page Property & Construction is a global business with dedicated teams across 15 countries and over 100 consultants. Over the last 8 years in the Middle East we have been delivering high value assignments and campaigns for some of the most prestigious clients including multinationals, government and family groups across the full spectrum of the Property & Construction eco-system. Due to continued growth and expansion we are now looking to add a Manager/Senior Manager to the team in Dubai who will oversee the P&C desk for the Middle East

You will be responsible for managing and driving the growth as well as spearheading the Michael Page brand in the market place across the whole Middle East region.

Your role will include:
- Managing and growing a team including overall responsibility for the P&L
- Taking the lead role in the development and management of client relationships
- Managing senior / executive level recruitment assignments – both on a contingent and retained basis
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets – for self and team
- Performance reviews of your team
- Leading the delivery of multi-role campaigns
- Collaborating with other international offices on key account management

Requirements
