Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

As an Archer GRC resource, you'll be responsible for addressing client’s Risk Transformation requirements, demonstration of Archer GRC product to the client and manage solution delivery.

You will actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships and identify potential business opportunities for EY. You will also create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to thought leadership.

You will actively contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives, consistently drive projects to completion and confirm that work delivered is of a high quality. Under guidance you will lead teams - or parts of teams - on engagements.

You will maintain a clear focus on anticipating and identifying risks, and escalate issues as appropriate. As an influential member of the team, you will help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

Client responsibilities
- Deliver Risk Technology enablement services to clients
- Manage the financial aspects of client engagements and communicate significant issues, fees, and estimates-to-complete to partners and clients
- Understand all EY service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients
- Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other services across the organization

People responsibilities
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring staff
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
- Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Risk professionals
- Contribute to an educational program to continually develop interpersonal and technical skills of staff
- Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

Requirements

Technical skills requirements:
- You will have at minimum 6+ years of experience in the Audit Management, Risk Management, Policy Management and Compliance Management toolset of RSA Archer GRC Product.
- You need to demonstrate success in complex matrix environments such as in organizations with multiple competencies and sectors.
- You have managed at least 2-3 end to end Archer GRC implementation projects including the Audit Management, Risk Management, Policy Management and Compliance Management (at least 2 of the mentioned modules) for leading organizations.

Your expertise in the field of GRC are the following, but not limited to:
- Collecting and understanding business requirements / business process modelling needed for successful GRC implementations
- A thorough understanding of the GRC platform related hardware and software sizing requirements and solution performance tuning
- Ability to provide estimate to complete implementations and conduct implementation validations
- Designing and building processes and technical requirements for GRC implementations
- Ability to design, configure, implement and trouble shoot GRC solutions
- Create, review, maintain and update related design, configuration and process documentation
- Assisting with performing technical and competitive analysis of GRC solutions, including performance, debugging and other operational metrics / intuitive Dashboards
- Conduct Configuration Audits for the Projects as defined in the plan
- Hands on experience on Archer advanced features like Archer to Archer data feeds, custom objects on Archer using JQuery / Java script, LDAP (AD) sync with Archer
- Customization and development of different Archer applications and coding software in response to technical requirements
- Broad knowledge of infrastructure (network and servers) management services
- Experience with XML, RDBMS and virtual server environments
- You will have the following experience, but not limited to:

Business Risk:
- Experience in understanding and translating Business Risk, Audit and Compliance requirements into GRC solution
- Worked on building Risk frameworks, Risk and Compliance Assessment workflows which included one or more of the following: Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Control Indicators (KCIs), Risk Cornerstones, Risk Registers, Risk Dashboards and Reports for Board of Directors etc.
- Worked on Audit lifecycle implementation in complex environments to cover all aspects of Audit Management such as from Audit planning, scheduling, conducting, progress tracking and reporting
- Awareness and/or working knowledge of implementing Statutory and Regulatory Compliance requirements such as SOX, Basel II etc.

Additional requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business or other related experience
- Strong analytical / problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated integrity, values, principles and work ethic
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Arabic language will be highly desirable
- Effective stakeholder management
- Ability to perform Presales activities, such as Presales calls, RFP responses and Proposals creation to submission
- Should be a good team player
- Quick learner and flexible in adapting to new technologies and practices
- Process improvement / consulting mind-set
