Manager / Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Job description / Role

The Manager / Senior Manager, Investor Relations shall develop and play a significant role in executing the entire investor relations program / strategy. He / she shall educate and update investors and accurately represent and reflect the company in order to achieve a fair market valuation.

He / she shall analyze the attitudes of investors, analysts, regulators and financial journalists and recommend a communication strategy to improve the company's profile in the financial community.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic investor relations programme, with required linking to group strategy, operating plan, budget and growth aspirations.
- Collect and analyse investor and market feedback, relative stock price movements and ownership changes.
- Provide counsel and advice to senior leaders and executives on IR strategy & the potential impact on investors of factors such as mergers and acquisitions, dividend, policy, etc.
- Develop and manage investor targeting plans through interaction with institutions and research analysts.
- Ensure consistency of messaging by directing and coordinating all IR communication in collaboration with the corporate communication department.
- Ensure that the group meets its regulatory disclosure obligations on time and in full.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a similar IR role in industry, for a financial PR advisor or in a broking role for UK PLCs
- 5-10 years of relevant working experience
