Job description / Role
Guildhall is supporting a newly formed Real Estate Developer in Ras Al Khaimah in identifying a Managing Director.
The MD will be responsible for building the company from the ground up and utilising their expertise to develop large real estate projects across Ras al Khaimah.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing feasibility studies, development plans, master planning, design, securing investments, recruiting and forecasting.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fresh organisation that has huge plans and lanbanks in Ras Al Khaimah.
Requirements
In order to be selected for an interview candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills, qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
- 10+ years experience in the UAE
- 20+ years experience in real estate development projects
- Previous experience in a Director role at a Real Estate Company
- Fluent in English
