Job description / Role
International Contractor, with a healthy portfolio of live work in the Middle East. Due to expansion an internal promotion they are looking for a Managing Surveyor for their Dubai office.
This chosen candidate will look after a team of Quantity Surveyors working across various projects, and will in turn report into a Commercial Manager / Divisional Manager.
They will work along side the Pre-construction Manager to develop and manage this part of the 200m Dhs business.
Requirements
- Western educated with relevant commercial degree
- Solid commercial background
- Managerial experience
- Middle East experience with a contractor
