Job description / Role
- Support the sales and delivery of digital opportunities across the MENA and broader EMEIA region within Digital Enterprise Strategy OR Digital Innovation OR Digital Customer Enablement OR Digital Risk & Governance
- To be viewed as a trusted advisor and Digital expert for both internal and external clients.
- Support project delivery teams in a delivery oversight and subject matter capacity, with a focus on delivering excellence to ensure a high proportion of repeat and follow-on business.
- Lead delivery work streams and project teams
- Drive innovation to ensure provision of market leading, relevant and highly-targeted solutions and content-rich thought leadership to clients.
- Play a key role in all aspects of Practice development for the Digital EAC including; internal and external recruitment, coaching and managing team members to elevate performance levels across the team, client account management, solutions and capability enhancement, and driving a culture of operational excellence and quality in client service.
- Be responsible for fostering an open and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- A track record of professional and academic excellence with a Primary Degree (2.1) or above, from a leading university preferred
- Mandatory – strong and compelling consulting experience in digital transformation programs
- Manager – 5 years + professional experience, working in either Big 4, global management consultancy firm or Blue Chip company
- Senior Manager - 7 years + professional experience, working in either Big 4, global management consultancy firm or Blue Chip company
