Job description / Role
We are keenly looking to hire an individual to fill a responsible position of an Analyst or an executive to support company trading desk.
Role will involve following responsibilities:
• Generating Purchase Order and Sales order.
• Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payables Management.
• Following up on AR with customers and liaising with company Finance and treasury team.
• Following up on trade cycle and deal completion with trader and suppliers.
• Customer onboarding – KYC and credit support.
• Data Entry and Database Management into Company software – Microsoft Dynamics, Excel.
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Candidates should be from shipping or oil trading industry, ideally possessing 2-3 years of experience in back office roles particularly in accounting or finance.
• Role is more inclined on financial profile and data management.
Skills Required:
• Knowledge of Oil trading
• Accounting
• Record Keeping
• ERP Softwares – Dynamics
• Energetic – willing to work on extended hours.
