Job description / Role
- Responsible to Supervise the RED (Right Execution Daily) Tracking Team (Surveyors) on the outlets pre-defined on the Route, on a daily basis, to assure the Segmented Execution/RED Area is provisioned with trustable market data.
- Assure that RED Surveyors are acting on the outlet basis with a ‘Consumer Point of View’, collecting data as seen on the market, at and only at the moment of visit.
- Assure daily Routines are followed by the RED Surveyors.
- Communicate, identify and document process, gaps and opportunities regarding RED Tracking, on the market basis, to both Bottler RED Champion (i.e. customer data, routing, devices problems, routines assessment, surveyor’s training gaps identification, surveyor ‘s expenditures management and report, etc.)
- Master the RED@GLOBAL user interface software to update tracker routes, POS, segmentation, etc
- Run weekly/monthly reports on RED & GREEN
- Prepare presentation / do presentations as and when required
- The job is mainly on the market. Office time will be maximum 40% of work time.
- Regional traveling applies (All depots in UAE & Oman).
- Will be expected to handle a team of Trackers.
- The job requires basic Commercial / Sales Analysis skills.
Requirements
- Should have 5 years of experience, ideally in Sales, with 1-2 years experience in a Managerial role.
- FMCG experience is required.
- Should have a Bachelor's degree
- Should be proficient in Excel skills.
- Should have a UAE Driving License
