Employment: Full Time

Our client is a young, well established and a multinational research agency who is looking to expand various divisions within their organization and they are seeking various senior research talent to join them in Dubai.

As a Research Account Manager you will be a strong consultant and you will be the client face for the specific portfolio assigned to you. This person will use a range of different methodologies and support the business in marketing and business development.

Key responsibility Areas will include:

Project Conceptualizing
- Understanding client needs, taking briefs and independently designing complex studies, identify and advice on methodologies, produce effective questionnaires (offline and online)

Project management / Client servicing
- Managing several projects simultaneously, being the client face and providing information on project progress and developing strong relations. Delegating tasks to junior staff and supervise the execution of these tasks

Analysis & reporting
- Brainstorming workshops following fieldwork to fuel the analysis process and help more junior colleagues improve their analysis skills. Ensuring analysis and interpretation of results fulfils clients’ core objectives. Be proficient at independently interpreting data and writing insightful reports that make actionable, business-oriented recommendations. Present findings to clients independently with confidence. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the proper high-quality integration of quantitative-qualitative work

Market knowledge
- You should be aware & confident in talking about the opportunities, risks and larger trends in the GCC region. Gain a deeper understanding of the industry sector and suggest sector/market studies for the marketing and business development teams. Be familiar with ESOMAR standards and protocols

Business development
- Developing existing client relations along with new potential business, preparing and delivering presentations as and when required. Contributing new ideas and suggestions to the client and offering solutions

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree at a minimum, Masters preferable
- Proactive individual, strong client facing skills
- Excellent research skills especially quantitative research methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to positively interact and communicate with a variety of personalities and nationalities
- Excellent written, oral and electronic communication skills in English and ideally Arabic – clear and organized writing style with a good working knowledge of English grammar and spelling a must as well as the ability to synthesize complex findings into clear research stories
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years Quantitative research experience
- Strong background in either FMCG, Education, Tourism, Hospitality OR Banking & Finance sectors
- Agency experience is essential
- Be able to manage simultaneous projects (including online, offline, international and multi-mode projects)
