Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for Marketing Administrator to co-ordinate and execute marketing activities in Najma Consultancy.

Responsibilities

- Identifying new customers and Identifying the projects of the existing/prospect clients in the market
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Responding to incoming Enquiries thorough email / Phone Call & Collecting necessary details to quotation
- Arranging meetings with clients.
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments
- Coordinates with the clients and training attendees in all areas related to trainings and inspection
- Performing general office duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication and people skills
- Any diploma or degree, or BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
- At least 2 years working experience
- Working experience in a training center will be an advantage
- Female

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 2100
