About the Role

To drive the organisation’s business strategy by establishing the Digital Cluster's integrated marketing communications (IMC) strategy, partnership marketing arrangements and advises on product development and optimization. Provides senior management with marketing advice, develops budget and manpower plans; and focuses on executing the IMC and partnership marketing plans to achieve business results. Directs the research and data analytics to obtain market and client insights, translates client insights into products and product features with market interest or potential market demand considering product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sets and directs the Digital Cluster's IMC strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advises on the development of IMC strategies for specific product and/or service lines.
• Prioritizes areas of IMC focus based on anticipated market developments, consumer trends and business needs.
• Reviews and update IMC strategy and plans to ensure it considers emerging trends.
• Advises senior management on product and service marketing.
• Sets and directs key performance measures to evaluate success of IMC strategies and plans.
• Directs the application of research and data analytics to obtain market and client insights.
• Sets and directs research and analysis framework, approaches and processes to guide research and analytics activities.
• Provides advice on research topics, approaches and scope to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Drives implementation of new technologies for digital marketing analytics.
• Advises on product strategy and pricing based on market and client insights.
• Establish objectives of IMC programmes based on business needs and priorities.
• Sets and directs systematic targeting of IMC to priority client and market segments.
• Sets and directs the planning, concept and key message development with support from External Communications teams, and implementation of IMC programmes.
• Sets and directs media planning and selection of media and platforms for IMC programmes
• Endorses design of IMC programme content.
• Advises on the use of IMC to enhance branding for competitive positioning.
• Evaluates costs to acquire and retain target clients and market segments through marketing programmes.
• Sets and directs performance measures and targets for IMC programmes.
• Sets and directs objectives for entering into partnership marketing arrangements.
• Establishes processes and guidelines for the selection of partners for partnership marketing and approves partnership marketing contracts.
• Evaluates outcomes from partnership marketing arrangements against overall marketing strategy and objectives.
• Sets and directs processes for the provision of feedback to the sales and technology teams to develop and enhance products.
• Advises technology teams on product feasibility based on market and client insights.
• Authorizes the function's financial budgeting process to acquire funds for the end-to-end organization's activities.
• Accountable for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the function.
• Carries out leadership responsibilities following the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; managing organizational structure.
• Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality
• Performs any other relevant task as directed by direct manager.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the criteria below:
• MBA, EMBA, Masters of Marketing or Chartered Marketer Status at Post Graduate level
• 12 years+ experience in Marketing, Branding, Communication out of which minimum 3 have been in a managerial capacity
• Fluent Arabic speaker
• Demonstrable previous experience in driving growth and market share for the organization they worked for
• Currently based in the UAE
