Our client is a well-known large organization based in Dubai with a long established background in manufacturing field.

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled sales and marketing manager to focus mainly on to strategic marketing and sales, and to direct the activities of the sales division to ensure the achievement of respective sales targets and business plans which will require the full attention of a diligent and experienced Sales and Marketing manager.

Reporting Directly to General Manager / Managing Director you would be responsible for overall Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies, objectives and plans.

The candidate’s relationship development both internally and externally will be extremely important as communication is necessary at all levels and most importantly experience with maintaining, managing, developing and motivating sales force and develop other personnel capabilities to deliver the sales growth and market expansion to achieve targets will be required.

Having previously managed Sales and Marketing team and be comfortable with planning required to meet the demands. Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets. Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results to the company will be the successful candidates overall objective.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and analyse marketing and sales activities against set goals.
- Direct and coordinate company marketing and sales functions through development of strategy, tactics, marketing plans, sales plans and profit targets.
- Deliver sales by developing relationships with external as well as internal customers by identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
- Act as an ambassador and role model for the company, taking responsibility for profit and loss by increasing market share in existing markets and maximize new business development and opportunities.
- Responsible to achieve targets for revenue, profitability, sales growth and ROI.
- Direct, oversee, identify and develop new customers, new products and services.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
- Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Enhance the reputation and relationship of the company with key corporate clients / accounts in order to further the division’s business interests.
- Doing the maximum to turn sales leads and opportunities to sales deals and deliver the sales growth and market expansion to achieve targets.

Requirements

- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Professional certifications in Marketing and Sales from recognized entities
- At least 15 years total experience among which 7-10 years’ experience in managing a multicultural team
- Experience in CRM systems will be an advantage
