Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support to our Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, an excellent communicator, and is highly organized. This role will involve assisting in marketing strategy development, managing social media accounts, coordinating with external partners, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives for two of our brands.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for our two brands (Event Lab & MISTIKA)
• Manage and update our social media accounts with engaging content and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with the creative agency to coordinate the design of marketing collaterals, ensuring they align with our brand identities and objectives.
• Coordinate with partners for participation in exhibitions and events for both brands, ensuring alignment with our marketing goals.
• Work closely with production companies to oversee the stand build process, ensuring it meets our requirements and standards for success.
• Coordinate with the copywriter to create written content for various marketing materials and campaigns.
• Assist in formatting and editing PowerPoint presentations when required.
• Collaborate with our SEO agency and web developer to optimize our websites for search engines and improve their overall performance.
• Assist in market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, both online and offline.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous marketing experience or internships are a plus.
• Previous events experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools
