Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility.
• Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate content creation, including graphics, videos, and written copy, that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize content and engagement strategies.
• Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Support the Marketing team with administrative tasks, research, and other projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of social media activities, including content calendars, schedules, and analytics reports.

Salary:
AED 6,500 to 9,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Proven experience of minimum 3 years in a marketing role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Familiarity with the local market and consumer trends in Abu Dhabi is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong Organizational and Time management skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to address challenges and solve problems effectively.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design principles and video editing skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and an understanding of key digital marketing metrics.
• The ability to communicate in Arabic is an add on advantage.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
