Business Development & Marketing Executive
Morgan McKinley is currently seeking an experienced Marketing / Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will consistently provide and maintain excellent standards of service to all partners and associates and to promote the best practice of the Firm at all times.
The Marketing / Business Development Executive will provide support on a day-to-day basis along with strategic marketing and business development activity for the Firm including events, credentials, pitches, online content, publications, business planning, budgets and presentations
Key Responsibilities
- Build successful relationships with fee earners to identify individual requirements
- Provide exemplary standard of service to clients, whether internal or external
- Ensure flexibility around contracted working hours, taking full responsibility for meeting the requirements of the role
- Take responsibility with regard to team-building and providing a supportive environment to colleagues
- Ensure familiarity and compliance
- Builds trust amongst the Lawyers and Partners and wider stakeholder community
- Marketing and Business Development Support the Director on specific marketing and business development initiatives, which use the full marketing mix to raise and maintain awareness of the Firm
- Assist with the development and execution of business development initiatives including key client initiatives, client feedback, prospect development, etc
- Monitor strategic actions agreed in the business development and marketing plan, practice meetings and individual partner progress meetings and help fee-earners meet their commitments
- Monitoring of budgets
- Assist on all administrative functions including providing support to fee earners for client/prospect meetings, process invoices, reply to e-mails requesting information of the firm and fee earners, etc
- Event Management from start to finish
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role from a professional services industry
- Degree qualified
- Fluent in English
