Marketing Capabilities and Communications Manager - Dubai

An established Dubai based foods group is seeking a Marketing Capabilities and Communications Manager to join the team in Dubai. This individual is fully responsible for supporting the Marketing Director to develop, communicate and roll-out brand and marketing team capabilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for executing the groups brand champion and brand foundation approach across markets.
* Develop and execute brand Communication frameworks for all of the groups brands.
* Train marketing teams Brand frameworks.
* Roll-out marketing best practices and guideline.
* Responsible for all intranet and internet marketing/brand related content management.
* Roll-out media and digital best practices internationally.
* Manage and coordinate external facing marketing content.
* Support idea and creative development of internal communication platforms for Marketing.
* Responsible for marketing team engagement forums.
* Support the Marketing Director in team skills development.
* Manages marketing community competitions to excite and engage.
* Support Marketing Director to develop marketing team competencies and skills framework for HR.

Requirements

* 8 -10 years' experience in Central Marketing Communication or Global Marketing Communication team in FMCG/ related industry
* Degree in Marketing Communications
* Extensive internal/external training experience.
* Good understanding of Brands and brand frameworks
* Has moderated team brand/communication workshops
* Has managed internal/external website content
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire individuals.
