Marketing Capabilities and Communication Manager - Oils, Fats and Culinary/Condiments will be key member of the global marketing development team and fully responsible for the roll-out of all the companies' Brand Frameworks and Capabilities world-wide. A vital member of the Global Marketing Development Team, he/she will be instrumental in training and development of marketing skills and competencies and building and rolling out these platforms across marketing development and activation teams. He/she will steer and run internal and external marketing competitions, forum, Marketing PR events and roadshows and inspire and motivate marketers and all internal and external stakeholders on the Group marketing agenda. The incumbent will also be responsible for the development and implementation of major internal and external marketing communications globally.

He/she will work closely with the Marketing Teams, HR Training and Communication, Information Services and build and implement global marketing platforms and content and roll them out within the organization.

The role is based at the companies' global head office in the UAE and will require up-to 60% travel.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develops and rolls-out Brand Communication frameworks for all OFC Brands.
* Trains world-wide marketing teams on Group Brand frameworks.
* Supports the roll-out of Marketing best practices and guidelines world-wide
* Responsible for the development and management of virtual marketing team room and team engagement forums.
* Responsible for all intranet and internet marketing/brand related content management.
* In-charge of team training calendar and supports Marketing Director in team skills development.
* Manages marketing community competitions.
* Rolls out Media and Digital best practices across the Globe.
* Supports the ideation and creative development of internal communication platforms for Marketing, including corporate web-site and internal and external brand marketing.
* Manages and coordinates internal and external-facing Marketing content for road-shows, Marketing PR events, forums and programs.
* Supports Marketing Director and Director-Talent Development to develop Marketing Team competencies and skills frameworks and implement them globally.

* Group Brand Framework training and roll-out success across markets.
* Recognized digital transformation of all Group Marketing Tools and Frameworks
* Outstanding stakeholder ratings on internal and external marketing content.
* Outstanding engagement at internal and external Marketing forums, road-shows and PR competitions and events.
* Marketing skills improvement of marketing hires and existing teams measured through development cycle.

Requirements

* An MBA/ Masters in Marketing Communication from a top-tier school
* The Marketing Capabilities and Communication Manager Oils, Fats and Culinary/Condiments will have had 8-10 years of end to end hands on experience as part of a Central or Global Brand Marketing Communication team in FMCG or related industry.
* He/she should have strong understanding of Brands and Brand Frameworks and would have moderated team brand communication workshops, team competitions, internal and external stakeholder marketing communication development and management, and managed the development and implementation of internal and external brand digital platforms and content.
* An outstanding communicator with exemplary influencing skills and a strong willingness to learn and train people, he/she will have excellent interpersonal skills and have the sensitivity to adapt and work with different cultures.
* A dynamic and action-oriented personality, he/she will truly enjoy mobilizing large teams and manage team conflicts through inspiration and influence.
