Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12,000 AED all- inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring client is a business formation company based in Dubai, designed to provide corporate solutions for Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) in the UAE and the entire GCC region
Job Role:
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
• Produce well-researched compelling content for publication both online and print (Includes website, blogs, articles, press releases, email marketing, product/service descriptions, videos, and social media)
• Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate
• Constantly liaise with Sales Team/Renewals Team to get valid information and present it in blogs/articles
• Good social media knowledge and able to concise complex messages in simple words.
• Create the content calendar for the year. Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
• Manage the CRM software tool to assist with marketing campaigns
• Execute strategy to target existing contacts and leads
• Attend events to draft and release post event news articles or blogs for website
• Develop content that accurately reflects company ideals, and often research on current industry trends to portray the brand as thought leaders
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to European nationals
• Male/Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, English or relevant field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience on the same role
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator with content writing experience is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
• Proficiency with computers, OneDrive and MS Office applications
• Basic knowledge and understanding of using WordPress for website, blogs, articles updates
• Excellent writing and editing skills
