Position Title: Marketing Coordinator (CRM Specialist)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

Job Description:
• Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication with their customer base, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns using CRM data
• Utilize CRM insights to create personalized and relevant marketing messages for different customer segments
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Should have experience in using CRM Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or Similar)
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
• F&B / restaurant / café / hospitality experience is an advantage
