(Arabic Speaking) Marketing Director, Food Manufacturing, UAE

Arabic speaking marketer needed with exceptional vision and a rounded marketing background to lead the department of a branded food business.

This role is to lead the global marketing team as a Marketing Director, accountable for end to end marketing development, innovation development and brand performance.

Managing all markets, with responsibility for brand communication and working with creative and digital agencies. Development and innovation is a key function of the role and so working with regional heads in order to understand the complex nature of the diverse geography managed in this role.

Other key areas of responsibility include working closely with the finance and purchasing teams to oversee the marketing budget and assessing brand health.

Requirements

cThis position requires a high level of commercial acumen and a true leader who is able to remotely manage large matrix teams. A leader with a five year vision and not short-term goals is required.

The business is a leading player in the food and beverage market in the Middle East, with a number of household brands in its portfolio. This business offers fantastic learning opportunities and an chance to work within the top layer of management in a very impressive organisation.

- Degree level education, ideally to a MBA level (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 12 years' experience
- Fluent Arabic speakers with exceptional English communication skills
- Previously worked for a top 50 FMCG brand
- Regional or ideally Global exposure
- A true understanding of the consumers and how to target specific consumer groups
- A commercial background
- Appreciation of the complex network that a global Sales and Marketing team must work within in order to be successful
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across team boundaries to achieve results

Salary:
A competitive salary, bonus and a benefits package is available for the right candidate. The monthly guaranteed salary is a maximum of 50,000 AED.
