Marketing Executive MEA - Dubai

A global automotive solutions corporation is seeking a Marketing Executive MEA to join the Dubai team. Reporting to the Market Manager, The position will work closely with country distributors as well as with all other internal functional areas.

The Marketing executive will actively contribute and assist in driving marketing initiatives and growth platforms across the region within the clients industry channels. This individual will lead the execution of cross-regional platforms and the development of any market specific platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Contribute to the planning development and lead in the implementation and tracking of marketing activity execution.
* Refine, tailor and prove-out cross-region (MEA) and/or global platforms to penetrate the clients industry channels, and deliver strong return-on-investment. This includes building and executing the product portfolio, programs, training and selling processes necessary for effective implementation and competitive advantage.
* Support in planning, implementation and progress/tracking of brand building activities, including evaluation and execution of country level marketing plans to increase the clients brand awareness, distribution and sales among key targets.
* Support in the management of MEA regional marketing budget. Work closely with both Marketing Manager MEA and EMEA Accounts department to co-ordination of Purchase order payments and distributor reimbursements.
* Contribute to the development of communication platforms with stakeholders including other MEA Team members, wider employees and country distributors.
* Manage and co-ordinate regular communication in the form of newsletters, communiques, distributor meetings and training events

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree, preferably with specialism in marketing, required; MBA preferred
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing (brand or product marketing, business-to-business, channel development, communications strategy and execution, management, sales collaboration, and trade programs)
* Strong Communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Brand promotions and marketing communications experience preferred
* Marketing Experience within the automotive/FMCG/oil and gas industry.
