Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Marketing Strategy and Plan: Assist marketing manager in the preparation of marketing strategy and execute the marketing and PR project plans and budgets in line with overall business strategy
- Branding: Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all communication.
- Consultants: Coordinate all consultants (Research, Creative, PR, Advertising, Digital, Promotions, Events) via briefing plans, jobs, campaigns, activities and events, continuously following up with them to ensure proper implementation.
- Launch events/ Exhibitions: Liaise with the events agency for the venue selection, location, food tasting, rehearsal, invitees list, invitation cards, gifts and giveaways . During exhibitions, liaising with organizers, supervising stand installation, branding and setup
- Brochures and Collaterals: Assist with preparation and procurement of high quality marketing brochures, press placements for the Project and its associated products. Verifying layout content, copy, proof-reading, feedback to all parties involved and delivery
- Digital: Manage and update the digital platform such as website content and proofing
- Newsletters: Coordinating the content, layout, proofreading, selection of articles, follow up on print and distribution
- CSR: receiving applicants, answering queries, preparing for Jury meeting. Preparation of the press conference
- NGOs: Post selection follow through on the proper use of funds, visits the NGOs location for grant, press, photo opportunity.
- PR: Follow up with media and PR agency on the events and brand coverage
- Sales: Liaising with CRT on floor plans and marketing requirements/amendments including broker events and handover packs
- Promotional material: Gathering options, checking samples, making recommendations based on quality and price
- Team Relations: Establish a good working relationship with other marketing and development staff within the project and with the Joint Venture Companies.
- Reports: Populate the reports for head office
- Administration: Act as custodian of corporate documents and records, i.e. Brand Style Guide.
- Procurement and RFP’s: Implement and adhere to purchase procedures and assist in the management of tax invoices or related invoices and budgets.
- Conferences: Assist with arranging programs, speaker opportunities at events, or conferences.
- Other: Follow up actions as maybe directed by Senior Development Director and CBU CMO

Requirements

- Business orientated qualification in Marketing or related field
- 3 years functional experience
- Middle East Experience (preferable in Real Estate)

- Understanding of Marketing Mix and Channel Communications
- Understanding of Agency practices
- Brief Setting and Agency Coordination
- Reporting and analysis
- Standard Office Software Capabilities

Technical Competencies:
