Gulf Marketing Group are looking for Marketing Executives to handle our sports retail brands.

The main purpose of the Marketing Executive (RBM/Trade Marketing) is to effectively execute the brand’s retail (store) marketing guidelines with commercial viability. As well as making sure the consumer connection at stores, exciting and compelling through effective planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives in line with the integrated sales and marketing strategy.

The job responsibilities of a Marketing Executive (RBM/Trade Marketing) are:
- Putting together the seasonal brand campaign initiatives, and driving its implementation at stores across the G.C.C., as per the overall marketing strategy.
- Develop a plan to support each campaign initiative, by assessing the consumer’s shopping experience with a 360 approach to; traffic drivers, windows, walk-ways, product, sales associates, visual merchandising, etc.
- Managed spaces must receive on-going support. Put together a specific calendar for each of them including integrated marketing initiatives and typical retail initiatives; Seasonal Campaigns, Factory Outlet stores, etc.
- Ensure Marketing needs (brand image) and Sales needs (business growth, key account business, sell-in, and sell-through) are well balanced and supported. Marketing must ensure an impactful execution of planned brand initiatives.
- Share the plan with the Visual Merchandising team and integrate them in the planning/execution for relevant stores.
- Responsible for Order Management.
- Ensure execution of brand campaigns within the pre-assigned budget/deadline.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts in business plans. Provide regular store visits and demonstrate strong store awareness to ensure brand/category objectives are communicated consistently.

Requirements

- 2 + years experience in a Trade/RBM Marketing position
- Awareness of government/mall restrictions in implementing marketing campaigns at retail stores across the Middle East.
- Ability to plan store brand campaigns by considering varied factors/timelines that influence implementation
- Excellent knowledge of English (written, verbal). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Graduate with 2+ year’s in coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple store locations within the G.C.C
