Marketing Head - FMCG

Our Client, a Dubai headquartered food manufacturing company, is looking for a Marketing Head, to drive and lead the marketing division. Based in Dubai, the role will develop and implement marketing strategy, annual PR plan, develop communication plans, brand campaigns, follow consumer trends, continuously analyse, evaluate and drive commercial sales by maximising sales, deliver propositions to ensure business stays at the top.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing / Communications / Public Relations or Hotel Management.
-Minimum eight to ten years experience in a Senior Marketing / Public Relations position in Food / FMCG industry.
- Experience of directing, managing and motivating a winning team, with evidence of driving successful team results.
-Advanced knowledge of leading and managing projects and campaigns recognising priorities and working with budget and time restraints.
- An innovative thinker, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others in key positions while maintaining positive relationships.
