Job description / Role
Our client, a large holding company, is urgently looking for a Marketing Manager who will be based in its Abu Dhabi office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will have 1 direct report and be responsible for creating, implementing and managing all marketing initiatives across the group including facilities management, property management, retail, F & B, travel, car service and contract business. Other responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Key responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement output focused marketing strategy and plans for each sector they work with, delivering current and new client growth.
Brand Management
- Support the board in vision development/raise awareness of brand, building value.
Communications
- Push for press and media coverage on and offline, managing external media and PR support. Create engaging copy/content, and support other teams with comms. Also to oversee internal communications.
Digital
- Manage all digital activity and online presence, growing its online brand, reviewing effectiveness of digital channels.
Marketing Operations
- Manage the design and print processes for marketing collateral.
- Manager CRM
- Oversee Events (internal and external)
- Budget management - evidence of ROI
- Line managing a marketing team
Requirements
To be considered for the role you should be a degree holder with minimum 7 years of relevant experience, of which 4 years in a management role.
Strong marketing experience is essential for this post including brand management, PR, social media, and communication.
You will need strong experience of engaging with media partners as well as senior members of staff therefore requiring excellent influencing skills. You will need a sound understanding of the markets and the marketing channels relevant to the industries they cover.
You will have good communication and presentation skills and the ability to determine priorities and targets to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
