Marketing Manager MENA - Dubai
An established holding group is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the office in Dubai. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this individual will be responsible for building strategies, identifying potential marketing segments, executing product launches and training and building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
In order to be considered for this role you must be a fluent Arabic speaker.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead the creation and implementation of the company's sales & marketing strategy to increase market share and profitability in each business segment.
* Map business dynamics with continuous monitoring of competitor moves, product evaluation and changing needs for realigning strategies for business development.
* Analyse the market, competitor segments targeting the right product for the right region (MENA).
* Plan with distributors for brand and promotional campaigns to support qualitative and quantitative targets achievements.
* Enhance the ROI through gaining market share, increasing campaigns efficiencies and budget control.
* Responsible for project management, product management, distribution sales and competitive business analysis to understand market sentiment and accordingly strategized plans to achieve the desired growth.
* Work closely with the product training department for material updates
* Responsible for building a team of sales representatives and for their sales and product training.
* Fully responsible for organising events, product launches, marketing campaigns and promotions in MENA region.
Requirements
* Minimum 7 years marketing experience, preferably within the electronics/technology industry.
* Strong experience of executing events, campaigns, product training and launches over the MENA region.
* Excellent sales and leadership skills in order to train product information and sales techniques to the team.
