Marketing Manager - GCC
Purpose/Mission: To ensure the successful planning and execution of marketing and retail strategy for the client across key distribution points and retail partners. Drive Marketing and Sales strategy and initiatives with the UAE and GCC Sales and Marketing teams.
- Develop & execute the client‘s UAE & GCC retail strategy.
- Extensive experience and contacts in UAE Media inc Arabic Media.
- Identify and execute paid Arabic retail strategy to overachieve on ROI
- Lead the UAE / GCC Marketing team to implement media objectives and strategies for paid retail and or marketing campaigns
- Keep corporate and field marketing informed of performance and progress.
- Seasonal product launch event planning and management.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the client's business
- Keep current on retail and media trends
- Identify the cost of various routes to market.
- Develop various targeted Arabic / Emirati campaigns.
- Merchandising strategies throughout UAE
Requirements
- Functional: 9+ years
- Industry: Marketing, Retail or FMCG
- Must have managed a team in marketing functions.
- Affiliate Sales, Planning, Reporting
- Undergraduate Degree Required
Language Skills:
- English - Fluent
- Arabic - Advantageous
