Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Develop and implement Marketing programs in order to attain set objectives in terms of revenue,
- Profitability and market share while preserving a consistent corporate image in all campaigns, promotions and events
- Reach/improve targets by staying abreast of potential marketing partners and concessionaires on the local markets, as well as propose and negotiate agreements accordingly
- Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Manager while overseeing local budgets and targets in terms of revenues and expenses
- Suggest and execute ideas pertaining to tactical promotions and strategic partnerships in order to ameliorate traffic, average basket and conversion rates
- Coordinate with the Regional Marketing Manager on suggesting/implementing Marketing plans and recommendations for partners and concessionaires
- Bargain and finalize barter deals with all concerned key media partners
- Run local ticketing operations and in-store events, media, PR relations and concert sponsorships
- Support sales and marketing programs by managing the development, production and distribution of promotional and collateral materials
- Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating his/her team, whenever applicable, to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company
- Maintain local online channels as well as the customer database and validate the utilization of internal/ external mailing lists

Requirements

- Strong exposure to local/regional media sources
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration; Master’s Degree is a plus
- 4-5 years of experience in Marketing, Media Relations is a plus
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
