Job description / Role
- Managing the marketing team
- Manage ERE HOMES magazine, brochures and on line advertising
- Regularity of listings – pictures and descriptions for portals
- Manage social media, weekly SMS & E-mail blasts
- Arrange marketing events and open days in partnership with consultants and their areas
- Ensuring brand awareness and promoting the company brand
- Manage LinkedIn and profile accounts
- Website management and SCO strategies
- Creating Business development and referrals
Requirements
- Efficient and well organized
- Local knowledge and Real Estate background preferred
- Educated within Western University environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- 1st class customer care skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and within a team
- Creative Approach
- Be willing to learn and progress
- IT skills (Word, Excel, SCO, Database)
- Problem Solver
- UAE driving license and own car
