One of our retail clients, a personal care company seeks to hire Marketing Manager for their Corporate Office based in Dubai.
Role:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or business is usually required for a career in retail marketing. In general, the curriculum can include courses in economics, statistics, business math and marketing essentials.
- Organizational skills, combined with strategic thinking, are necessary for a career in service sector/retail marketing.
- Good decision-making, math and presentation skills are also essential.
- Innovative, Creative’s minds with expertise in creating content will only be considered.
- Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing & analytics are preferred.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends.
- Studying competitors' products and services.
- Exploring ways of improving existing products and services, and increasing profitability
- Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
Requirements
- Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
- Be an excellent communicator
- Be able to respond well to pressure
- Think creatively
- Be interested in what motivates people
- Liaise with other internal departments such as sales and distribution
- Produce reports to monitor results
- Present findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
- Travel to trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
- Supporting and managing a marketing team.
