Job description / Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the day to day marketing activities for the Middle East region. This will include overseeing our progress in achieving set marketing objectives, developing and managing campaigns, reevaluating the marketing strategy and managing the media agency's efforts in line with the set strategy.
The role will also include overseeing the efforts of franchisees in their respective markets. Finally, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for providing recommendations on the spending priorities of the marketing budget.
Requirements
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably with a multinational agency or global brand. The candidate must have an undergraduate degree with an emphasis on marketing, preferably a masters degree as well. While not a requirement, a candidate that speaks both English and Arabic will be preferred.

The Company has offices in Dubai, Beirut, and Mississauga (Ontario, Canada). The Data Analyst will be based in the Dubai office. The Company was established in 2009 and quickly grew to encompass close to 95 locations by mid-2017. dipndip continues to open a new cafe’s every week.
The Company through its partners and franchisees has dipndip locations in the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Morocco, Turkey, Ivory Coast, Malaysia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Panama, among other countries.
