Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

Client is a world renowned Communications, Marketing and PR firm are currently looking for an Internal Marketing Manager to join the team.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual marketing plan that incorporates the important business milestones and priorities, enabling the company to grow its awareness and market positioning.
- Produce a marketing calendar including all tactical plans.
- Manage the marketing committee meetings and delegation to team members.
- Act as a point of co-ordination with IT and Digital with regards to digital marketing activities, SEO & SEM.
- Oversee the company social media team input
- Manage marketing collateral e.g. liaising with designers/printers in production, videos, annual client collateral, etc.
- Manage the content management system for the company website so you are able to oversee regular updates such as posting news stories, uploading new client logos, etc.
- Identify brand awareness and leadership opportunities including conferences, networking and awards
- Oversee awards entries timelines

Salary on offer: AED20k-AED25k per month + Medical Insurance + Annual Ticket

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or relevant experience in a similar role and industry
- Min of 5 years’ in an Events/Marketing/PA role
- Team management experience preferable
- Strong background in social media platforms

- Advanced Powerpoint skills
- Excellent writing skills
