Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

As a key member of the Management Team, take a lead role in the creation and execution of business’s Marketing and Brand strategies.
- To own the Consumer insight portfolio including all associated formal and informal research work streams.
- Creation, management and subsequent analysis of all activity.
- Working collaboratively with the Distribution manager, create, control and analyze the impact of all BTL trade activities.
- Pivotal role within the team ensuring output meets consumer acceptance and aspirations in Product, Packaging and Pricing.
- Ultimately, to create profitable volume and brand share. To be reflected in KPI’s.
- Construction and management of all components within the Marketing budget. (Strategy, approvals, Supervision of spend, benefit analysis and reporting)

Requirements

You must have a proven track record in a senior marketing role within FMCG - with Dairy based experience to be considered for this role.

Tertiary qualification in Marketing or business related discipline.

Local knowledge (UAE or within the GCC) essential.
