The Job Opportunity
We're looking for a marketing manager to play a key role in the supporting our internal and external marketing programs. This marketing will focus on developing and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies to facilitate Serco and our customers brand image. You will manage, direct and monitor all marketing activities with regards to branding, promotion, events, exhibition, sponsorship, joint marketing, market research and media campaigns for our key contracts. This role will support in highlighting the meaningful and vital work Serco undertakes and is based in Dubai.
Key accountabilities
- All marketing efforts directed towards the uplift Serco's and our customer brand regionally by ensuring brand messages are always positive, clear and consistent;
- Develop the Serco marketing strategy for promotions, campaigns, events, exhibitions and road shows;
- Create, articulate, and implement strategic and tactical marketing plans and budgets working across our key contracts.
- Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, companies, communities and target segments to support Serco e.g. hotels, shopping malls, government departments, etc.;
- Analyse marketing data related to Dubai Metro/Tram ridership, revenues etc.;

- Resourceful, proactive, multi-tasked and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Skilled and proficient in social media tools;

Requirements
Specific requirements
- Experience managing design and production of marketing collaterals preferred
- A minimum of 5 years, preferably 7 years of work experience in marketing field with at least 3 years in a management position;
- Preferably with strong background in services industry and/or transport.
