Marketing Manager

What you’ll be doing
- Inspire and drive the marketing team, ensuring operational excellence in strategy execution
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and optimal marketing practices through continuous market research
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase sales and to attract and retain staff
- Stay competitive by implementing creative and forward-thinking concepts
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate and implement digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Are you the person we are looking for?
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- 3+ years minimum experience as a Marketing Manager/Director
- 5+ years experience in B2B marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
- Creative and innovative with a sense of aesthetics and a passion for compelling engaging content
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges, specific to the industry as well as allied industries
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
