Job description / Role
The Marketing Manager will be expected to deliver business aligned marketing plans that drive brand awareness. The candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), diligence and a strong ability to work off their own initiative, as well as having relevant industry and UAE specific experience. The role requires strong skills in developing and implementing engaging, integrated and successful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fully integrated marketing campaigns in line with overall business objectives and brand strategy, in a considered and structured manner
- Work alongside colleagues to create and implement synergistic off/online plans.
- Analysis of all marketing campaigns and presentation to management team.
- Marketing budget management and ROI.
- Market trend and competitor monitoring and research.
- Development of all marketing materials
- Website management
- Brand influencer/key stakeholder management
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, or similar
- Experienced in traditional marketing covering press, radio and print, with exposure to digital marketing a major advantage
- Prior UAE experience is a must and exposure within a 'blue chip' environment internationally is highly desirable
- Able to plan, implement, measure and report back with detailed analysis on marketing campaigns and have an input at Board level, deputising for the Head of Marketing where required
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (written and spoken). Arabic fluency is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop actionable insights from data mining.
- Experience in Google Analytics would be beneficial.
