Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Asset Promotions Strategy and Plan: Prepare the promotions strategy and control the manner in which CBU projects promote the sales of their land, assets and units across the international and regional markets
- Branding: Ensure the promotional tactics drive the sales while supporting the asset value positioning, to create a unified portfolio of products.
- Research: Coordinate the sourcing of accurate data to support the product positioning of the CBU assets
- Brochures and Collaterals: Ensure the asset marketing material creates an impactful range of usp’s and clear sales opportunities
- Digital: Provide asset data to the website and digital promotions to create interactive sales tools such as apps and sales presentations
- Newsletters: Include asset stories, narrative and sales messages to customers, buyers and investors
- PR: Work with the Senior PR / events Manager, and project marketing teams to deliver asset stories, speaker opportunities, and promote the project assets in their desired markets
- Sales: Deliver plans and tactics to align all handover packs, floor-plans, renders, videos, customer buying experience and drive the sales effort
- Promotional material: Roll our gifts and merchandise items to support asset sales experience
- Team Relations: Establish a good working relationship with project development staff, marketing team and CBU CMO
- Reports: Populate the required reports (such as Plans, Presentations, WIP’s, Activities Calendar) for CBU head office in a timely manner following all templates
- Administration: Management and control of filing of asset marketing documents and research documents
- Procurement and RFP’s: Manage the purchase procedures and follow the MAFP RFP process
- Site Tours/Launches: Assist in the messaging across all project launches and site tours,
- Other: Follow up actions as maybe directed by CBU Executive Development Director and CMO.

Requirements

- University Degree Graduate or Post Graduate (Marketing or related field)
- 8 years functional experience out of which 4 years should be in an equivalent Management level
- 3 years in Management Experience in Real Estate Industry
- Middle East Experience

- Understanding of Marketing Mix and Channel Communications
- Understanding of Agency practices
- Brief Setting and Agency Management
- Reporting and analysis
- Standard Office Software Capabilities

The Wave, a joint venture with the government of Oman to develop Muscats largest ocean-front integrated community; Al Zahia, a joint venture with the Government of Sharjah, to build the Emirates first gated residential community with a regional mall in a prime growth corridor; The 250,000 sqm Waterfront City development in Beirut, Lebanon, a joint venture with Socit Joseph Khoury & Fils Holding SAL to build Beiruts premier mixed used community with one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean.
