Marketing Manager - Construction Equipment - UAE based

A Marketing Manager role reporting to the Executive Director responsible for creating a corporate and brand identity for our client. An individual contributor role to lead the PR and communications strategy as well as giving a makeover to the brand and online presence.

Client Details
UAE based company with a strong track record; a leader in it's own right in the construction equipment industry looking to build further on their successes and further enhance their image, brand and market share.

As marketing manager, your responsibilities will be as follows:
* Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
* Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
* Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
* Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
* Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
* Lead the social media, events and PR strategy for the company
* Oversee the online marketing strategy by developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
* Lead internal communication for the company and ensure compliance to branding guidelines.
* Monitor and analyse ROI of all marketing campaigns and projects and establish impact on business sales and growth.
* Stay informed of industry trends, news events to maximise exploitation of revenue opportunities.
* Manage relationship with external companies, such as PR and advertising agencies.

Job Offer
AED 17,000 per month + Annual flight tickets + Medical Insurance

Requirements

To be successful for this position, you should possess the following attributes:

* Ability to work creatively and independently
* Passion for PR, communications and digital marketing
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Track record of organising trade fairs, events and exhibitions for a B2B environment
* Utilising social media and online strategies for lead generation and stronger web presence
* Developing and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish
