We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager within our Launch and Events Marketing Team to work from Al-Futtaim Motors Head Office in Dubai Festival City. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating all Al-Futtaim Motors corporate events and all Al-Futtaim Motors Toyota launches and events to maximise sales, image and loyalty within the Al-Futtaim Motors brand.

The main responsibilities of this role are to plan, coordinate, develop and manage new product launches through a project management approach. This will include brief writing, propositioning, proposals, finalisation, implementation and evaluation of the project.

The Marketing Manager will be accountable for budget management and ROI structure. The successful candidate will liaise with a number of other stakeholders, notably; GMASCO (the Group communications agency), the other members of the marketing team, the product team of the brand and the brand sales teams. Furthermore a key stakeholder is the retail team, in charge of all showrooms. Whilst there are no direct reports the role will necessitate indirectly managing GMASCO/GMR and third party suppliers.

Requirements

You will hold a Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration and will have had at least 4 years experience in a role of a similar nature. You will have experience in managing marketing and product launch projects and will have demonstrable experience in maintaining project budgets.

This role requires continuous liaison with executive management and therefore the ability to communicate in English is essential. This role requires working with tight deadlines and therefore the ability to manage changing priorities and work proactively is crucial to the success of this role.
