Charterhouse is working in partnership with an International Luxury Brand who are looking to hire a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing the online and offline strategy for the Middle East markets.

This role reports to the General Manager and will work closely with international headquarters and external agencies to localize the global marketing strategy and campaigns in line with the UAE and wider Middle East territory requirements. It is expected that the Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing activity and events on behalf of the business, devising successful strategies in line with company and sales objectives to grow the brands presence and offerings.

This is a strategic role which best suits an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, analytical approach and strong commercial acumen with the ability to create and execute successful long term marketing plans and tactical campaigns. In addition, this role will incorporate influencer management and oversee all celebrity collaborations on behalf of the brand.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with colleagues and partners at all levels is a key attribute which our client is looking for. As Marketing Manager this role will also oversee the reporting of marketing campaigns to devise valuable insights which guide future planning of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you should ideally have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing, experience of working for a luxury retail brand is an essential requirement. The successful candidate must have strong experience and expertise in all aspects of marketing including; traditional marketing, digital, social media, event planning and product management.

Due to the regional coverage and translation of content required our client is only looking to consider bilingual English/Arabic speakers at this stage.
