Marketing Manager - UAE National

Salary AED 17,000.00

Our DIFC based client is seeking a UAE National Marketing Manager.

Key Accountabilities:

NEW MARKETING ACTIVITY
- Responsible for development and maintenance of full suite of marketing collateral to support existing and new product and service launches
- Identify and analyse key audiences for marketing messages amongst key stakeholders including financial participants (Islamic and conventional), regulators, associations etc.
- Develop written and presentation materials to create understanding and raise the profile of Company

EXISTING MARKETING ACTIVITY
- Responsible for ensuring corporate website and social media avenues promote the Company brand and are attractive to market participants, utilizing Creative Design resources as required
- Assist Corporate Communications to seek and manage speaking opportunities for key Company personnel

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for identifying and driving forward joint collaborations with DFM team
- Responsible for managing stakeholders to all marketing activities including vendors

COMMUNICATIONS
- Provide Communications support and backup when Corporate Communications is absent.
- Assist the Corporate Communications to develop a schedule of Press and PR activity to support the business objectives of the exchange.

- Development of Marketing Policies and Procedures

Key Performance Indicator
- Marketing and communications activities support Company’s products and services and the operational aspects of the business.
- Collateral produced fits requirements of the business and relatively markets the business
- Marketing activities are effective.
- Powerful messages delivered
- Online activity increase
- Alignment of activity where this is commercially positive
- Communications activities are efficiently carried out in absence of Corporate Communications

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of developing and delivering integrated marketing and communication programmes, and business to business marketing within Financial Services.
- Excellent knowledge of Over the Counter and exchange-based trading.
- Experience of managing and delivering multiple marketing projects.
- Experience of developing and delivering social and digital media campaigns.
- High level of creativity which can be evidenced with previous marketing and communications work.
- Excellent individual and group communication skills.
- Strong report and copy writing skills.
- Excellent analysis and problem solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware and results driven.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing.
- Working knowledge of the principles of multi asset markets.
- Written and spoken Arabic preferred.
- Must reside in the UAE.
