Job description / Role
The Real Estate Marketing Specialist must have self-motivated with a positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, high-performing team, and adapt well under pressure. He/She must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong social media skills, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc. as well as website design and ability to write web content/blogs. In addition, you will help us in creating a strong brand presence with online and offline marketing campaigns and marketing events. Lastly, you should have analytical skills that will help us track, analyze and monitor the success of our marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute campaigns and events
• Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
• Create online and offline marketing content
• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
• Listing properties on the website and property portals
• Designing and editing videos, pictures, banners, templates etc
• Managing social media handles and creating blogs
• Manages website design, content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
Requirements
Qualifications (Required)
• At least 2 years of marketing experience
• BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study
• Excellent writing and communication skills (English)
Other requirements (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the real estate and housing market.
• The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable and well-versed in working with artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and the Metaverse. They should possess the technical skills and capability to utilize these technologies in innovative ways.
