We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team at Grass it Up, an outdoor furniture company. As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with customers, and driving sales growth. This is a multifaceted position that requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for marketing.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create and curate compelling content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster community engagement.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos to showcase our products and brand.

Event Organization:
- Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and collaborations.
- Identify opportunities for participation in relevant industry events and trade shows.

Website Management:
- Maintain and update our company website, ensuring it reflects our brand identity and product offerings.
- Optimize website content for SEO and user experience.

Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Sales Enhancement:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted campaigns that drive leads and conversions.
- Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, event planning, and website administration.
- Proficiency in photography and basic graphic design.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.

Additional Skills (Desirable):
- Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate programs.
- Knowledge of outdoor furniture industry trends.
- Ability to create persuasive copy for advertisements and promotional materials.
