Job description / Role
- To complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects, which include running marketing and sales reports and conducting Market Research.
- Provide marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Assist in promotional strategies and product development.
- To liaise between advertising agencies and the company, print suppliers and various marketing services.
- To organize promotional events, book venues and order marketing materials.
- To generate trade show passes, thank you letters and form letters for mailing mass brochures to the company’s prospective customers.
- To gain feedback and analyze the result of a marketing campaign, conference or trade show.
- To upload marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
- To update and maintain the Marketing Department’s documentation and databases.
- To provide administrative assistance for various projects related to market.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work under stress to meet project deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated individual.
