Job description / Role
Are you looking for an excellent opportunity within the Marine oil and gas sector? Are you somebody who thrives under pressure and can make vital decisions in rough conditions and tight locations?
Leap29 are urgently looking for an ADMA approved Master to work in Abu Dhabi on a 24-month possible rolling contract depended on first rotation performance.
Our client is a leader in the offshore and marine civil construction industry with many diversified vessels and a wide range of services, including but not limited to; anchor handling, towage, transport of equipment and personnel, firefighting and oil pollution control.
Responsibilities:
- Effective management of vessel crew,
- Maintaining proper watches,
- Maintaining vessel logs for company and customer,
- Maneuvering vessel in port at various docks and offshore at various offshore facilities,
- General navigation of vessel,
- Overseeing enforcement of and adherence to all company policies and procedures on board
- To encourage and motivate his crew to carry out their duties in accordance with instructions laid down in the QHSE manuals.
- The Master has the overall responsibility for reporting in accordance with laws and regulations.
Role
Location - Abu Dhabi
Rotation - 3 months - 24 months
Package - Travel, Visa and all needs to sign on covered.

Requirements
- STCW 95 Mate Certificate
- Experience working on a Supply Vessel
- 5 years` master experience
- Hold up to date ADMA / ZADCO approval certification
- Hold all relevant marine and educational documentation
